
Toni was born on January 20, 1984. She’s a blessing to Carlito and Crisanta Gonzaga and has a sister named Catherine.. Her real name was suggested by a boxer to her father. Both her parents were Methodist and she was baptized and confirmed in a local United Methodist Chrurch in Taytay, Rizal. She grew up in a family with heart for the people.

At the very early age of 4, she already joined various singing competition in their barangay. She is also a teacher once in a Sunday school in her town and even ran for Barangay Kagawad in Taytay. She studied for two years of Mass Communication progran of a Dominican College but then transferred to Asian Institute for Distance Education (AIDE) taking up AB English program.
Toni initially begin her career in show

business as a talent of GMA Network. But after 4 years, she decided to go freelance. She was busy joining auditions and screenings of advertising agencies. At the age of 17, she staged in hotels and bars as lounge singer. Her singing career did not hinder her to continue her education. She studied at day and fulfills her duties as a singer at night.

She then appeared on an certain TV Commercial and became famous with her lines, “I Love You, Piolo”. She earned regular appearance in GMA’s Daddy Di Do Du and one of the host of noontime show, Eat Bulaga!. At the same time, she managed to insert and become a host of Studio 23 show, Wazzup Wazzup and was tagged as News Diva with her powerful voice.
From GMA, the latter then transferred to ABS-CBN, GMA’s rival station. After signing with ABS-CBN, she hosted Most Requested Show with Roderick Paulate and Amy Perez and became a part of Entertainment Konek. She also co-hosted Pinoy Big Brother, the ABS-CBN’s hit reality show.
A debut album of self-title was released on 2001 under the label of Prime Music. On 2006, she garnered the title as “Box Office Princess of Philippine Movies” for the movie You Are The One. Some movies of her were D’ Anothers, You Got Me and My Big Love.

On 2007, under Star Records, Toni again released her second album entitled You Complete Me featuring its carrier single, “We Belong”. The single became number one on hit charts. The repackaged album of You Complete Me was released on the same year.
Another album entitled Falling In Love was released on 2007 under Star Records. Its single “Catch Me I’m Falling” is soaring high on airwaves of different music charts. Another single entitled “Perfect World” was used as the soundtrack of MMORPG from Level UP! Inc.
Her first major concert held at Aliw Theatre on February 9, 2008 entitled “Catch Me, Toni Gonzaga” was a successful one with a jam-packed audience. Some of its special guests were Sam Milby, Vhong Navarro etc. The concert was repeated because of the success of the first one entitled “Catch Me Again, Toni Gonzaga” on May 2, 2008. She performed together with special guests as Sam Milby, Gerald Anderson, Vice Ganda, Allan K and many more.
Her other shows in ABS-CBN included My Juan and Only, Your Song, Gudtaym, Lastikman (Special Appearance), Crazy For You, Paa Ni Isabella and Entertainment Live. She is a regular host of ASAP.

She met Sam Milby in Pinoy Big Brother, of which they become one of the most successful tandem on TV. The two were seen in Maging Sino Ka Man 2, Your Song, ASAP etc.

Toni had her director suitor, Paul Soriano. Their relationship was revealed in Boy & Kris on July 2007. Now, Toni is happy with Direk Soriano.


The Multi-Media star also released her fifth studio album under Star Records entitled “All Me.” “All Me” is also the title of the carrier single which is produced and written by Jonathan Manalo. The said album is set to be released next month.
Aside from the release of her studio album, Toni Gonzaga is also set to star in the tv series “Kokey at Ako” opposite Vhong Navarro. And this Sunday, July 11, Toni Gonzaga replaced host Kris Aquino on top rating celebrity talk show “The Buzz” together with Charlene Gonzales. She has her own segment entitled "TGIS" (Toni Gonzaga Intriga Statements)
